At 30 min cap through 30 WBs ( thanks Mike!) – 20″ step ups, knees up, GMs started at 35#, finished at 15# (sore neck?) PPs were slow and in sets of 5. In Dec. injured knee doing JPUs, couldn’t finish

Dirty 30: 20:31. 24″ step-ups, 14# wb, single unders. Maybe try 35 reps next time.

At cap – 2 DU. Did 30 wb 20# to 10ft. K2E – took me forever, def. something I need to work on. Finished the Du and wb after class. This is the longest FilthyFifty has taken me, but def. the best I have done with standards, so this is a win. I am excited (and terrified) to try this again.
At 30 min cap 26 burpees. RX for everything. Jumping pull ups, knees to elbows and wall balls took forever.

Reviewed previous WODs: not bettering time but totally better on weights. Avg previous times were around 29:45. Increased WB by 4#, KB by 15#, GM and PP by 20# and box to 24″ from 20″

48 burpees at time cap, finished in 31:49. DUA, everything else rx. I was dreading this all day but I loved it!
Just looked at last time – took me a minute longer this time but I definitely felt like I hit the movement standards better – no questionable k2e or wallballs. And those are the worst burpees in crossfit. At least the first 20 when there’s no end in sight.
