Handstand Holds
Kick up to a handstand with feet touching a wall for balance. Hold handstand for :10 then rest for :20. Repeat 8 times or until you can no longer hold for :10. If you find :10 to be too easy reverse the work and rest time, :20 hold with :10 rest.
If you have difficulty kicking up to a handstand. Do 10 -15 Wall Walks (see video above). Go as far up the wall as you feel comfortable getting back down.
