21:18 Rx (1:21 Pr). Defintely made up time on the burpees and the double unders. I think the fact that I’ve probably done close to 1500 burpees in the last 45 days helped.

Filthy 50 (except it was 30) 22 something. Box step ups, 26#KB, 15# bar for PP and GM’s (way too light), 10# WB (need to start using the 12#), 120 single unders, rest as prescribed. Overall a good workout but should have gone heavier and done 40 reps. I def had it in me to do more.
