1RM Snatch – 160# (Failed 167#)
Master’s Qualifier Event 2 – 1+3 (not quite Rx as I just couldn’t lock out my MU’s to start today).
Also did this a week ago Saturday and got thru 2 full rounds. May be time for a day off.
Event 1-50# 1 RM snatch
Event 2- 3 + 7, 50# press for MUs
195# on the snatch. failed 215 and 210
3 full rounds rx. got back to rings with 20 seconds left and failed 2 muscle ups.
1 RM, 85# snatch event 2, 4 rounds 105#, PUs (red/bl band) and dips. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TARA!

I did my own WOD this morning.. Annie- with a twist.. 9? I did Annie with a #10lb DB same sit up motion just with the weight in hand, FUN.. I did singles instead of DU’s because the SU took longer, But this would be fun to do with DU’s.

1RM snatch: 80#. Could have technically snatched more, but you know what they say…when your snatch gets sloppy, time to put it away.
MQ2: 2+13 @85# with 5 ring rows/5 red banded ring dips per round. Hands were threatening to rip, thus the ring row sub.
1+11. Rx. Should have moved faster on cleans.
Opted to just spend class snatching- hit 175# which is a 5lb pr! Beyond happy….thanks to mel for some awesome cues!
