5+3 at the timecap, rx. i went alot slower than i had to just to make sure i could do the mu. 6 rounds of triples, with no fails…ill take it! especially considering before this morning a double was the best ive ever hit.

20:08. 135#. Connected first 2 MUs. Went singles after. Didn’t trust the drop. No failed attempts. Was going 3-2-2 on thrusters. Last round went unbroken. Not sure where that came from.

Actually 17:47. Forgot I started at the 10 second mark because I was sharing a bar.
No idea… 145# / MUA to C2B. Probably 4 rounds before the cap. Everything felt hard today. BUT, really enjoyed post-WOD with Russ. 4 Rounds of 300m jog, 100m sprint, 10 evil wheels. The runs felt great.

4+5 rx at the 17 min cap. Could NOT wait for the cap to come.

14:40 –First bar muscle up ever today. Got 20 of 21 in the workout. Subbed 7 air squats and 7 hspu for the thrusters. Used 1-2 ab mats.
