- Daybreak’s Dedicated announced for September! We have two new winners in Nissa and Marina who have bolstered their normal CrossFit visits with Open Gym and Barbell Club! They now have a much shorter walk from our preferred parking spots to the front door (yes, it’s counter-intuitive). We also saw newcomers Pete and Ada step up their game. And of course, the crafty veterans of Kathy C, Willis, Sara C, Marissa, Megan, Chris W, Erica, Jim B, Brett, Lisa and Zev round out the members with more than 20 visits.
- Daybreakers, it’s time to sign up for the 4th Annual Sudbury Halloween 5K and Kid’s Fun Run! The race is Sunday, October 25th at Haskell Field in Sudbury. Come out and run with the Daybreak crew who have supported this great community race each of the last 3 years. Details and registration are HERE.

The only part of this workout that sucked was when I hit my chin doing a thruster… and it’s still sore!

“Doo Wop – Kinda” – 12:18 Rx. unbroken on the thrusters and singles on the BMUs. Only failed once (in round 3). Takes more energy to fail than to get them.
