Also, oof. That was a lot of volume.
Sure… just happened to drop into a heavy barbell day. Not buying it. =)

First leg-less rope climbs. From standing and thought they were just going to be attempts until I figured out the kip. Touched the bar on all but 2. DUs unbroken except for three little trips.
8+10 dus at cap. Finished 2 more rounds but forgot to look at clock. Rope climbs with legs (tried legless but wasn’t happening). Dus held me up today. Kept tripping.
not sure if it was 10 +11 or 9 +11 Rx, seated legless, (whatever is on the board is correct) DU not working today

At the 20:00 cap I completed 10 rounds of 6 kipping knees up, 6 real burpees and 20 Single unders. Not bad, considering I pulled my back out Monday morning!
