I went for a go at 16.1 this morning and could not get a ctb so finished the wod doing kpu’s. I’m going to try this again using the rig down back where I don’t have to jump so high and hopefully I’ll get a few 🙂

Not sure if its good advice or not but switch your grip up on the over heads. I kept mine in a wide snatch grip and it killed my shoulders which slowed me down. If the pins and needles go away I may try this one again.
