We love the energy and spirit we’ve seen thus far with the Opens and our Daybreak community never ceases to amaze us with its unconditional support for one another. Keep up the great work!

Given that there are a lot of you in the open and a good number of you will likely redo Open workouts, we have to be careful when we can let you give it another go. As a reminder, all Open workouts will be programmed Friday and we encourage all of you to make that your priority when planning the Open WOD. If you feel you want to redo the workout or if you miss the Friday WOD, you have the following opportunities to get the workout in before the submission deadline of 8:00p ET each Monday:

  • FRIDAY: Every class will be doing the Open WOD
  • SATURDAY:  No Open WODs permitted (no first times nor redos)
  • SUNDAY: Open Gym from 9:00-11:00a is available for Open WODs
  • MONDAY: Open Gym from 3:30-5:30p

With a running clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans
If completed before 4 minutes proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans
If completed before 8 minutes proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans
If completed before 12 minutes proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans
If completed before 16 minutes proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans
Stop at 20 minutes.
