  • Cubbie Clean-Out is this Friday 5/12. Please remove all belongings from the storage cubes in the men’s and women’s locker rooms so that we can give them a thorough cleaning! We will renew all overdue cubbie rentals the following day. “Shelter”
With a Partner Complete:
4 Rounds Each:
8 Hang Power Snatches (95/65)
8 Bar Facing Burpees
THEN
4 Rounds Each:
10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
8 Lateral Over the Bar Burpees
THEN
4 Rounds Each:
12 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
8 Burpees
*One partner completes a round while the other rests.

    Totally agree with Willis… Best WOD of the year so far!! Middle sets of burpees felt like I had Velcro attached to my chest trying to get off the floor… Lourdes and Britt CRUSHED IT…!!

    27:02 solo at 55# – 1min rest between sets to match first round. Regular burpees during all rounds to practice jumping instead of stepping up and try to find the tiniest bit of momentum (a work in progress)…
