HOW TO PLAY:
Drink a beer. Run a 400m lap. Repeat 4 times.

WOMEN’S PROVISION:
Women are only required to drink 3 beers. They must simply drink one before any 3 of the 4 laps of their choosing.

DAYBREAK GUIDELINES:

  • You must have a Designated Driver.
  • Any beer is allowed as long as it’s above 4.0% ABV. You may find ABV of common beers HERE.
  • Only cans are permitted.
  • No shotgunning or tampering with can is allowed.
  • You must start and finish your beer behind the dotted run start line.
  • You must turn it over your head to show that you are finished.
  • Beer must stay down until you cross the finish line of the 4th lap.
  • Times are only official if they come from Daybreak timers.
