WOD Guidance & Goal:  When it comes to choosing your weight, one of these movements will be the limiting factor. For the first round, jerks and front squats should be unbroken. The hang cleans break into 9/3 or 6/6. Go right into next round of jerks. Target 10-12 minutes. There will be a 15 minute cap.
