Toes to Bar

WOD Guidance & Goal:  Choose a weight for thrusters and cleans that you can do both movements unbroken for the set of 18. Do thrusters unbroken or in 2 sets. The cleans purposefully break into 2 sets to save your grip for toes to bar. Toes to bar (knee ups or v-ups as a scale) do in big sets then chip away at smaller sets. Target 12 minutes.
