WOD Guidance & Goals:
The weight for this workout will be 80-85% of your 1 rep max hang power clean. Try to keep the toes to bar unbroken or 5/4. Perform 5 deadlifts, then take a short break. Do your sixth deadlift and go right into your 3 hang cleans (unbroken). Drop the bar and quickly reset for the squat clean. Target 5+ rounds.
