WOD Guidance & Goal:
The goal is to get through this chipper and potentially into the second round. 60 calories will take around 4 minutes at a moderate pace. Get through half of the lunges before placing the kettlebells down, cruise through the sit ups unbroken, sets of 10 on the push ups, and small sets of bar muscle ups with quick breaks.

1) Back squat: 60%x5 reps, 65%x5 reps, 70%x 5 reps, 80%x 5 reps.

*Rest 10 minutes, then:

2) Front squat:  60%x5 reps, 65%x5 reps x 3 sets.

10x weighted back extensions (AHAP)
rest 90 seconds
20x weighted sit ups (AHAP)
