Sweatfest! Row at a moderate pace and complete the calories in :60-:75 (scale to meet the time domain.) Do the toes to bar unbroken or in sets of 10/5, 6/5/4. Unbroken handstand push ups, or 5/5 reps. And for as long as possible do the strict pull ups unbroken. Target 15 minutes.
