This morning, we picked up our first few pieces of equipment!  Thank you to Mat Frankel, owner of CrossFit Cityline, who sold us two brand new Glute Hamstring Developers (GHDs) and, three weight stands made by our friend, Kevin Daigle.

The GHD allows us to perform movements like the hip extension, back extension and GHD sit up.
