Nice dude. Way to get at it today. Half-marathon row coming up!
1/2 Marathon row is the worst thing I’ve ever done related to CrossFit. 10x worse than Filthy 50 burpees 🙂
Open Gym on Sunday. Thanks to Rap and Megan for the push. Came in and hoped to PR my snatch by 2:45PM and made it at 2:33PM. 155#.

Hell yes. Nothing better than a PR snatch. Except maybe for the first muscle up.

Sunday open gym – worked up to a heavy snatch (113, failed 118 several times and know why… just can’t quite fix it yet.) Then did 3×5 front squats at 145. Looking forward to tonight’s WOD!

did the cleans unbroken in 21 & 9, did 5s in the 15
HSPU…. ugh. did 7 out of probably 25 attempts, then 9 attempts, then 1 & 6 attempts. I suck at them. one day i’ll be good at these.
