9:02 done at 155# — hardest part were those last 3 front squats in the second round — had to convince my self to go for it out of fear that I wouldn’t be able to clean the bar back up
Not another bite: 10:15 85#, blue/red band assist PU 20 ea rnd, 20 burpees ea.rnd + 3100 m row, 800 m run
8:18 rx… crazy metcon of WOD. did not expect that. fronts straight. steady on BMUs. need to pick up pace.
15:18 @155#. Movements felt great today. Making great strides on those muscle ups.
Not another bite: 11:21 (85#, PU instead of MU). Slow moving through the burpees/pullups, but very happy to do the pullups with no band assist following a couple weeks of elbow/forearm pain.
Yesterday’s WOD: Clearing a somewhat long driveway of the wet, heavy stuff. CrossFit has made a big difference.
Not another bite: 8:10 (165#, PU). Front squats much harder than I thought. Big thanks to Mel for the tips on the burpee pullups. No spinning today!
