Cornish was there. I think he finished up right at 8 rounds. He was cooking. Guy has burpees for days.

Endurance after with Mel and Sara: goodman hill run 4.1 miles=36:08? . Brutal. Gave up on keeping up with Mel and tried to stay with Sara. Thanks for the push!

– WOD: 4 sets @ Max Effort of: 5 Thrusters 95#, 10 TnG Deadlifts at 95#, 7 burpees, and 15 cal row, with 4 min rest b/w sets. (2:19, 2:18, 2:15, 2:11).
