Think it’s time — 6 + 24, 165#, alternated TTB and hard kips. Did TTB singles due to tired grip in my last 2 rds which unfortunately slowed me down. DUs felt great – hit 20 unbroken in one of the rounds.
Think its time: 9 + 1 (135# – any heavier I need to drop from top b/c of back so kept it super light!) 10 DU/rd

Hit up the Endurance Wod this morning — tougher than I thought — held a 1:58 for the ‘on’ and 2:10-2:12 for the ‘off’ pace — each 2K piece took me about 8:15
12+1. 105 for dl, 10 sit ups and 10 ball slams.

Endurance wod with Michele: now that I reread the wod, I’m wondering if we (and the 8:30 class?) did it wrong. Did we all do an extra 2k?? Is it 2x2k then the interval, or 2x2k total and both are intervals?
