:11 seconds off PR. Row was 3:28, which is consistent w the last time we did it. I never put the bar down on the thrusters but I did rest on a few reps. That’s what cost me. Pull-ups were better. 8/8/5/singles.

Endurance WOD with Janice…a great WOD for anyone who has thought about doing these endurance workouts but has yet to give it a try. Good rest built in and it’s a “just move” kind of thing. Part 2 of the WOD was deceptive but it could be the combo of 15.3 earlier. Janice – thank you and good for you for saying yes to the extra workout!!

Good news, my muscle ups are really back. Bad news I got cocky and went for the fourth, struggled hard and failed and was kind of off for the rest and didn’t beat my score. 15.3 158 Rx
