21-15-9 DB Thrusters (45#)
12-9-6 Strict Pull-ups
320 on the back squat (5 lb PR). 180 on the press (5 lb PR). 365 on the deadlift (60 lbs off my PR – failed at 395 and 375). for a total of 865…which is 20#less than the last time i did crossfit total. 2 PRs and i still failed to PR the overall total. yikes.
anybody happen to see my black rogue water bottle. left it inthe corner near the foam rollers yesterday morning.
Check the freezer.. Saw one in there this morning

Still being gentle with my back so all in all very happy. Could have gone heavier on the squat and the dead lift. Not the push press for all the $ in the world. Amazing how much of a difference 5# can make. Good times with Russ and Scott who both crushed it.

I could probably have gone heavier on the back squat and definitely on the deadlift, but ran out of time. Still, this is a good place to start, and next time I can PR these numbers!

Been a very long time since I have tested any of these. This type of lifting gives me the worst anxiety!!! Great job to everyone today!!
