We could not be more proud of all our Daybreakers who survived (and thrived) during the 31 day nutrition challenge. Unlike past challenges, we let YOU decide what and how you eat… and as long as you stuck to it, you accumulated daily points. Most of you hit PRs, lost weight, leaned out, and most importantly, felt great!

If you’re sitting around this Sunday watching Football (or in our case watching soccer upon soccer upon soccer), sign up for the Sudbury Halloween 5K!
