News: Daybreak’s Dedicated (May)

We’re proud to announce we have two new winners for Daybreak’s Dedicated. Dave S has taken the top spot for the month of May. Dave has been committed to daily WODs and has been a regular at our new specialty classes at 4:30p. His dedication is paying off. Within a month, he recently PRed his 1-mile run by more than 90 seconds and has been tearing up the whiteboards!

Sharing the reserved parking spots with Dave will be Zev and Tara who both made an impressive runs last month. Newcomer Kathy C is right there with repeat winner Bill B. Congrats to the top ten for being dedicated to your health and fitness!

Rest Day and Weekly Round-Up

Rest day today. Enjoy today off and get ready for a new week which now gives you more opportunities to LOVE CrossFit!

NEW EXPANDED SCHEDULE:

  • Our newly expanded schedule is effective this week with 5:30a AND 6:30a classes on Tuesday and Thursday. See the new schedule HERE.
  • We are also kicking off our CrossFit Specialty class each week at 4:30-5:30p on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. See below for more details.
  • Kids (6-12) classes continue to be a hit with our small friends at 4:30-5:30p on Tuesdays and Thursday.

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE CLASSES ARE HERE: We have chosen CrossFit Endurance as the basis for our first round of specialty classes. We will work on rowing and running technique with video analysis.
