KEEPING YOU SAFE: A SUMMARY OF OUR RE-OPENING PLAN
We must start by saying that if you are showing ANY signs of illness (e.g. sniffles, cough, fever, fatigue, soreness, etc.) please STAY HOME. While sharing is caring, we take the health of our staff and members VERY SERIOUSLY. And if you have ANY concerns about your safety, even under the guidelines provided by the State of Massachusetts and Local Boards of Health, we are still offering online classes for our members who are not yet ready for group classes.
Massachusetts Reopening Phase 3 Step 2 is now in effect, and after thorough review and consultation with our local health officials, we will utilize a combination of indoor and outdoor workouts until the weather no longer permits. Daybreak meets, and in many cases, exceeds sanitization, mask and distancing requirements provided by our state and local boards of health. We expect all members to abide by these new guidelines or they will not be able to participate.
WHETHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE PLEASE REMEMBER
You MUST bring a MASK
You MUST bring a YOGA MAT or other ground cover (we will now be requiring them inside as well)
You MUST RSVP to attend (no exceptions) because spots are still limited, and we need records for contact tracing, if needed
Please DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES before class and DO NOT LOITER around after classes
While guidelines suggest less, we ask that you REMAIN MORE THAN 15 FEET AWAY from other members whenever possible
RULES FOR WORKING OUT INSIDE
You MUST WEAR A MASK when you enter Daybreak
You DO NOT have to check in, the coach will do this for you
You MUST WEAR A MASK as you move to and from your workout station
However, a MASK IS NOT NECESSARY when working out in your station as it is safely distanced from your neighbors
We will have appropriately distanced stations marked off inside the gym, if you’re in your station, you DO NOT NEED A MASK
During a workout, if you leave your station you MUST wear a mask
Locker rooms and bathrooms will be open but members must remain more than 6 feet away from each other. Showers will be closed in Wayland.
KEY RULES FOR WORKING OUT OUTSIDE
You should still abide by all social distancing and sanitization guidelines laid out in prior emails. And as a reminder, you MUST HAVE A MASK, but MASKS ARE NOT NECESSARY if you are in your workout station or if you are 6 feet away from other members or staff outside.
If you go inside for any reason, a MASK MUST BE WORN
MASKS & EQUIPMENT
You must have a mask with you and use them in strict adherence to State and Local social distancing and face covering guidelines referenced above. We suggest you bring the following with you to every class:
Yoga Mat or ground cover (required)
Water Bottle – filling stations will be available
Chalk or Tape
To allow members ample time to leave classes before new members arrive and to allow for thorough cleaning, we’ll be adding time between classes. Please find our latest schedule for both Wayland and Acton posted below. Please note, our weekly schedule may change based on new class attendance habits… we will do our best to accommodate all members and their fluid schedules.
CLASS LIMITS & RESERVATIONS
Due to the State’s requirements for re-opening, you MUST RSVP to attend our classes. No exceptions. You may reserve your spot up to 48 hours before class. This is a first come first served system and you will be placed on a waitlist should a class be filled. If a spot opens up you will automatically be moved into the class from the waitlist. Be sure you’ve enabled email, text and mobile app “push” notifications so that you are notified of any reservation or waitlist changes. Due to extremely high demand for a limited number of spaces, you must cancel your reservation no closer than 2 hours before class or you risk a no-show fee. For the best RSVP experience, we recommend you download the Triib app on your mobile phone.
You may RSVP up to 48 hours in advance of any given class and there is a built in waitlist for members who weren’t able to grab one of the spots. Both RSVPs and waitlists are first come first served.
Each participating member must sign up and see their name on the RSVP list. This is essential for managing distancing guidelines and for contact tracing. If your name is not on that list, you may not participate. No exceptions.
RSVPs are not transferrable! If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation so it can be passed down to the waitlist.
HOW TO SET UP FOR RSVP SUCCESS:
STEP 1: LOGIN
Log into the Triib system via your laptop or mobile browser with your user name (user name = your email) and password provided to you in your Daybreak Welcome Letter. If you don’t remember your email and password, or can’t find your email, email us and we will resend it to you.
STEP 2: ENABLE ALERTS
Navigate to “Settings”, then to “Alerts”. You will see 3 very important notification opt-in settings:
We strongly suggest enabling all 3 for the time being. Don’t forget to click “Save Changes”! Now you’ll be notified if there are any changes to your reservation or waitlist status. And we can use this to notify you of any classes cancelled due to inclement weather. Nice job! Virtual high five!
STEP 3: RESERVE YOUR SPOT
ONLINE: Visit our COVID19 INFO PAGE located HERE. Choose your gym location and class to which you want to RSVP, and click “RSVP”. Sign in with the credentials above if asked. To cancel, simply return to that page and click “Cancel RSVP”.
MOBILE: IOS (Apple) users can download the Triib app HERE. Android users HERE. Once downloaded, login with your credentials above, and navigate to “Schedule” then click on the class you would like to attend and then click “Reserve Spot”. To cancel click “Cancel RSVP”.
STEP 4: CRUSH YOUR WOD!
Now go grab your mask, dumbbell or kettlebell, chalk, a mat your water bottle and get your WOD on!

ONLINE CLASSES CONTINUE ON ZOOM!
We understand returning to group and social settings isn’t for everyone. We also realize that class limits may prevent members from finding the time to make it to the gym.
Therefore, we are going to continue hosting online classes, while we transition back to a normal class schedule. If you’re unable to make an online class, we will post the prior day’s recorded workout for your convenience.
