Daybreak is the ONLY local CrossFit that has LEVEL 3 Certified CrossFit Trainers on staff. This means our team has accumulated time and experience COACHING teens and adults safely and effectively for over a decade! We use weights sparingly and we are very careful about instilling technique, consistency, and then (and only then) will we introduce intensity.

We have a proven track record of working with town, middle school and high school sports teams and we bring that same caliber of coaching directly to your child in our teens class!
