OUR PROGRAM IS CROSSFIT
Daybreak provides a CrossFit experience based on high-touch, personal-training levels of service, but with the energy, motivation and accountability of a class.
Your membership with us isn’t just any old gym membership … it’s providing you expert fitness and nutrition guidance with a heavy dose of community support.
Daybreak’s monthly memberships are comprised of constantly varied daily class workouts that are tiered into three tracks. These tracks help take the guess work out of your routine.
You want to build strength? You got it. You want more conditioning? That’s covered. You want lots of cardio? No problem! Take a look at some of our RECENT WORKOUTS.
And don’t worry about which track is right for you. Our coaches will guide you into the appropriate track and will personalize your workout as your body adapts and your needs change.
METCON TRACKThis advanced track is for more experienced CrossFitters. It will incorporate more complex gymnastics and barbell movements with a wider range of weights and loads.
This intermediate track is designed for the majority of members and will lessen weight loads and incorporate more approachable cardio gymnastics, and lifting options.
This track is suitable for everyone who just wants to get in and Move! It will minimize barbells and heavy weights, and instead focus on lighter weights, body-weight and lower-impact movements.
INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
In addition to daily CrossFit classes, your monthly membership includes all of these fitness and nutrition elements. Many gyms charge more… we don’t. We WANT you to succeed without having to worry about surprise or unexpected charges.
WELLNESS & SKILL CLINICS
We provide monthly/bi-monthly specialty clinics which focus on a specific element of your health or fitness such as “Back Pain Prevention” , “Shoulder Care”, “Deadlift Technique”, “Double Unders” and more! Click HERE for our 2022 clinics.
We provide periodic nutrition jumpstarts to educate our clients. These month-long programs expose you to various nutrition philosophies so you can keep going with what works for YOU!
We post these supplemental running, rowing or cycling workouts so you can build your endurance. These workouts can be done at Open Gym or on your own.
We provide self-guided strength, conditioning and core programs that can be done before or after classes. These give your daily WOD a little turbo-charge!

1st MONTH INTRO
- Before you decide which membership is right for you, try us risk-free for 30 days to see how to integrate Daybreak into your daily and weekly routine.
- This option is best for those looking to build a base of fitness. It offers you 13 visits per month (or ~3 visits per week) which is the minimum necessary to see and/or maintain results.
- Get unlimited access to Daybreak and all our programs. This is the ideal option for those members seeking truly transformational changes and results, and for those who simply LOVE CrossFit!
SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMS & SERVICES
If you can’t get enough of your daily dose of CrossFit, we also offer a suite of supplemental training and nutrition services. These services for you (or your Teen!) do not require an adult monthly membership and can be billed separately.

TEEN CLASS MEMBERSHIPS
Our TEENS CLASSES classes are designed with our young adults (ages 12-17) in mind. Teen workouts are based on the adult workouts, but modified to meet the abilities of our Teen members. We utilize bodyweight movements, agility and speed training, and on occasion, light weights. If you’re a Daybreak member, you may workout alongside your teen (if they let you), so you can avoid multiple trips to the gym.

While it’s true that you do NOT have to “get ready” to do CrossFit, we do find some members prefer to learn the basics in a more private setting before joining our classes. In this PRE-CROSSFIT PROGRAM, we’ll teach you about CrossFit, the role of nutrition, how we adapt workouts to our members, and most importantly, we’ll carefully guide you through many of the foundational movements that will apply to the workouts you’ll see in our gym.
We will monitor your progress and you can decide when you’d like to integrate into our CrossFit classes. This program will also give you the flexibility to schedule sessions at times that fit best into your schedule.
If you’re interested in either functional fitness or HIIT (high-intensity interval training) without the desire to attend CrossFit classes, our GENERAL FITNESS program is for you. This customized program typically focuses on building a broad, general fitness that applies to everything you do outside the gym.
Whether you just want to get just get fit, or lose a little weight, or win your club tennis championship, or PR your next 10K run, we can build a program tailored to your abilities, your needs, and your goals.
Are you trying to build strength? Increase your one-rep max lifts? Develop that “V” shaped body? Or just looking to gain muscle mass? We focus our STRENGTH and MASS program on very specific muscle building exercises that will fill you out in the areas you specify. We’ll also discuss your nutritional needs to help you determine if you’re putting the right types and quantities of food in your body that are required to translate your exercise program into results.
This program is less about intensity, and more about moving large loads while building core muscle groups that will make you look good and feel good.
Our SKILL and TECHNIQUE sessions are designed to help you get more proficient at a given movement or exercise. We will not only work with you to fine tune your technique, but we will also build a custom training plan you can take with you to practice what you’ve learned long after your session is over. We can work on any movement or exercise you find challenging, but we most often see requests for: double-unders, pull-ups, muscle-ups, olympic lifting (snatch or clean & jerk), rowing, running, handstand-push ups, and handstand walking.
For optimal results, we suggest 2 separate 30 minute sessions. In our first session, we will get your technique and form dialed in, and then we’ll revisit your progress after a few weeks in our second session making further adjustments as necessary.
Our women-owned business knows a little something about pre- and post-natal training. We have helped hundreds of moms navigate their way through pregnancy. Many have worked out with us (with their doctor’s permission) up until the day they’re due as we carefully modify and adapt workouts to accommodate your precious cargo. This is especially effective in one-on-one settings.
And post-birth, we can steadily and safely ramp you back into your CrossFit routine. We have also helped many mothers address diastasis recti and similar post-birth issues.

Any fitness program, including CrossFit, without attention to nutrition is not likely to provide optimal results. Daybreak can help you build a plan that is balanced and, more importantly, sustainable. We’ve learned that binge diets and “turn the ship on a dime” approaches don’t work. Rather, we’ll build a plan together taking into account your work, family and general lifestyle to make sure this is something you CAN and WANT to do over the long haul. We’ll build a personalized program for you using the best of Zone, Paleo, Macro and Whole 30 concepts, among others. And trust us, it’s not as bad as you may think.
