Announcing Daybreak’s first skill clinic! And what better movement than PULL-UPS with MEL to get things started.

You’ll never hear this from Mel (she’s too humble), but she’s well known for her straight sets on thrusters and pull-ups during her 2:38 Fran at the end of the grueling 3-day CrossFit Games world championship (Google it). And being a member of CrossFit Headquarters L1 Seminar Staff, she has spent countless hours training aspiring coaches and athletes through their Level 1 CrossFit Certifications and pull-up movements. She is also sought after by other boxes as a guest coach to conduct gymnastics clinics.

In other words… Mel knows pull-ups. So if you want your first kipping pull-up or if you want to start linking them, then this clinic is for you. We have limited space available, so sign-up at the front desk next to the check-in kiosk. This will fill up fast, but don’t fret! We will offer additional pull-up clinics in the near future.
