Coach Kate will compete on Team CFNE at the Reebok CrossFit Northeast Regional this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Team events will take place from 9am-12p each day at Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance or prior to the event on the CrossFit Games website.

This SATURDAY, we will have ONE CLASS at 7am, then we will carpool down to Canton shortly after class ends. If you’re not attending class, be at the box by 8:00am if you want to hitch a ride or follow the crew. Dress casual, bring some cash for lunch (they serve great Paleo food) and there’s always gear to buy! If you have any questions, ask a coach!
