WHY TRUST DAYBREAK WITH MY CHILD?

Daybreak is the ONLY local CrossFit that has LEVEL 3 Certified CrossFit Trainers on staff. This means our team has accumulated time and experience COACHING teens and adults safely and effectively for years! We use weights sparingly and we are very careful about instilling technique, consistency, and then (and only then) will we introduce intensity.

We have a proven track record of working with town, middle school and high school sports teams and we bring that same caliber of coaching directly to your child in our teens class!
