Thanks for doing this with me, Scott! We did the metcon portion as partners – and I deliberately had Scott go in front of me so I wouldn’t slow him up. 🙂 If ever there were a goat WOD for me, this one is probably it. Singles on the burpees, the wall balls, the pullups, and the cleans. Oh well, fitter than yesterday!

#53 0:44 / 1:02 – but finished strong with round ten at 0:46
#18, 0:59/1:14. Changed to air squats at 7. Dead the next day…and day after.
