160 reps with 14# and 95#. The real treat, though, was watching Kate do the routine afterwards to have it recorded. Talk about crushing it! No wonder she’s #62 in the world and I think climbing. The instructors at Daybreak rock!

I got to the muscle ups with 1:30 remaining and got 3 attempts. Really wanted just 1 MU, but no dice. Oh well. Really happy w my row (2:31) and my t2b, even though they were fast singles.
Awesome energy at the box today. I love watching people go all out during the open. It’s great to watch everyone push just a bit more.
