So great to see folks from morning, nooner, and evening classes getting after their own things at open gym today. Lots of really dedicated performances on 14.4, people working weaknesses, and other folks getting in workouts they weren’t able to do this week for one reason or another. LOVE THIS PLACE! Worked up to a 1RM front squat today (205#) – and managed to get a 20# PR in the process. 🙂
14.4: 175, up from 163 on Friday. Great job on those front squats, Megan!
My dad got 200# on his deadlift and my mom did 135# for 5. Both were huge PRs 🙂
