“Once Upon a Time” – 20:?? [45# and CTB although the last five reps were ring pulls because of ripping]. Wow that sucked. I put on a tutorial in “how not to” do these movements.
“Once Upon A Time” – 14:16. I used RX weights and pull-ups, but I’m not sure that my standards on the squat clean were all 100%. That movement was so new and difficult and it was a grind. Whew.
Once Upon a Time – 14:22 – 25#, JCTB – nice bruise on the side of my wrist from the dumbbell – anyone else get that?
“Once upon a Time” 9:28 (35#, KPU’s)
Either it is Friday or the humidity today but I was dragging during warm-ups, scaled big time….
“Once Upon a Time” 10:14 (25# DB, 6 KPU attempts; ALMOST there, I’ll have them by summer!)
800m run before and after WOD
“Once Upon a Time” 6:20 (15# DB) Blue band 800 M Run before and after WOD
“Once Upon A Time” – 11:34 25# DB and 10 CTB attempts. I got about 3/4 CTB PU each round. Others were just short, finally starting to get the movement. Like Bill, first time doing dumbbell squat cleans – they crushed me!
Once Upon A Time: 7:15 (7 strict blue band pull ups, 15# dumb bells)
Andrew: 9:48 (10 chest to bars, 35# dumb bells)
8:23 rx
Once Upon A Time: 8:45 (JCTB, 25#)
