In addition to the 5:30a, 6:30a classes and the new 4:30p specialty classes… we are excited to announce new 8:30a classes each and every weekday, Monday-Friday! These new classes begin on Monday, June 2. Once again, we are giving you more chances to LOVE CrossFit!!!

Also, please remember, per our earlier announcement, membership rates increase on June 1! We will price lock all members at their old rates if they are signed up and active as of May 31… if you, your friends or your family are on the fence about joining or upgrading your membership… now is the time!!!
