Have fun w/ this WOD today everyone! We’re headed up to Northern VT for a wedding. Sara and I started this morning w/ a nice run. There’s a perfect 2 mile loop around the lake up here. It amazes me how much easier the run has gotten over time. When we were dating, she literally had to drag me around the lake and most of the time, I couldn’t make it. Much different results today.
2 Mile Loop – 13:51
4 mile run with my 10 year old yellow lab this morning down in Falmouth, tried to PR my mile at the end. Came up a little short, 7:13. My poor dog won’t be moving the rest of the day….
