I’m off to do a traveling WOD: 20 rounds of 5 push-ups, squats n sit-ups in the wet sand. Wet because it’s been raining/drizzling nonstop. One of these days we will have sun! Miss seeing my Daybreak friends

“Enter Sandman” 13:22 – Started Round 1 with best intentions of an Rx performance. after the first round, dropped to 145# and stayed there. Also pretty much walked away from C2B and went with regular kipping PUs. This wasn’t how i had envisioned this going.
11:29 rx. i feel like my thursters were good, just stared at the bar way too long between reps. first set of c2b’s unbroken, the rest were crap. i need to learn to butterfly
12:27 [135# power clean and jerks; CTBs]. CTBs are still either singles or hanging singles. good to be here.
8:26 – 35# jumping pullups – babysteps for me but I think I’m finally getting more comfortable with the movement to add some more weight.
