Light hanging Grace – #65 from the hang – 2:50. Fast burner. Followed up later with 50 calories on the airdyne so I could have all sorts of yummy non-Paleo food later in the day. SO worth it.

Not so heavy grade – 85# 6:19. Have done Grace two times at 65# recently and this weight felt better.
