“Fran’s Regatta” did not finish and not happy about it. Felt huge pop in shoulder halfway through 750M row
you did the right thing
15:16 rx. went very slow on the 2nd and 3rd row to avoid completely burning out. had the goal of hitting the set of 15 thrusters unbroken for the first time ever in a fran(ish) workout, and mission accomplished.
“Fran’s Regatta” – 20:29 Rx. 2000m pace on the row for the first 1,000m. The 750 was slower and then sped up again for the 500. I burned a lot of time between sets on the thrusters. When I was moving they were slow but solid. Sets: (8,4,3)(5,5,5)(5,4). Pull up sets: (8,7,6)(7,4,4)(9)

Fran Regatta: 20:35, 35#, banded pull ups. 750 row was the toughest part.
Nutrition Challenge over! lost 10 lbs, 2″in booty, 4″ in waist. Super happy w/results. I’ve got a ways to go but this is a great start.
