“Ghosts and stuff”: 8:36 35# KB then 7:20. With as poorly as I do DU’s, it’s hard to count accurately but I did well over 100 singles mixed with something like 25 successful DU’s.
7:20 with half squat wall balls and 6:19 rx. i was able to do box jumps, focusing on a soft landing to not bother my knee. had to step down each time – tried a couple bounding jumps and my foot went numb. assuming thats my knee telling me to stop…thats new.

7:49/7:50 spent way too much time with my hands on my knees during the du’s.

6:37 on second. (Did this on Wednesday of this week as well. 5:51 that day. Row was 1:42 as opposed to 1:55 today and dubs were faster. Burpees still sucked.)

Ghosts and Stuff: 6:40 RKBS & step ups (in retrospect, could (should?) have done 24″ no prob) last set WB 15,5,5,5; everything else straight sets.
7:37 subbed 30 Med ball slams 20# for Du’s due to gnarly toe which significantly slowed the burpees. First shoeless wod. Got it done! 🙂

Great time thanks Mel. 20# WB, 53# KB, modified (still dealing with Lat strain) 24″ SU and 100 singles. Replaced Jumpin’ Jacks for burpees – 50 and 75.
