7:02. Rx. Tried to get to the bar quick to get I ahead of Andrew. But his big sets vs my 2/2/2/1/1/1 3 failed. Then 1. Didn’t alliw for me to stay with him. But made for a fun final 400.

First time attempting MU, now determined to overcome the fear. Box jump attempts but didn’t make it all the way up.

Worked up to 210# for the pause squats at 4:30. Great day all around!
