Row was very consistent. Any day I can be only a few pulls behind Zev is a good day.
102 Rx – goal was to average 12 reps per round, couldn’t hold on towards the end. Biggest set was 15, a lot of 10 & 11’s along with a 6 & 8.
“Neon” 70- Round One- 15 Cal’s 75# Two-Five- 15 Cal’s 65# Five-Nine 10 Cal’s 65# .. Round Ten 10 Cal’s and when back to 75# And was able to clean three at 75#.. This was a tricky WOD… If you burn out on the rower you’re smoked on the bar or cut cal’s and use the row as recovery then go big on cleans.. Either way! It’s a win win!!
100 Rx waited too long to start the cleans and came out of the gate a little too hot (17,11,10,10,9,8,8,9,9,9)
Hey Daybreakers… To build back my engine I’ve committed myself to doing at least 3 endurance workouts per week. haha. good mental day. sandwiched between sam and saviano made me keep my focus and my cool. no mid-WOD internal dialogue today. i just made sure to take a quick :30 nap between each round.

10,11,10,9,8,10,9,8,10,7 – interesting pattern that developed! Had no idea it was happening. Grip was samooooked on the last rd. I def could have done more reps weight wise, but my grip was not having it.
Rows were consistent (1:15-1:20)
Ending HR’s for each round (180-190)
Neon – 101 (15-cal rows, sets of 15 and 10 at 75# for rds 1&2. Dropped to 65# for the rest)
