6 + 57 rx. a little short of my pre-wod goal… couldnt fnish the dubs in under 3 sets in any round. pull that in to a single set of 30 each time and i think i wouldve gotten there.

“Stop This Train” 5+1 65# 30 SU with 5 attempts of DU I had a few DU, mostly whip marks on my arms. Kipping for C2B.. I loved the squats 🙂
6+23 (95#) That had a gross open wod feel to it. Too much rest on that last round. Need to get myself to start pushing harder at the end to squeak out those few extra reps. Excited that its over!
