Endurance WOD – 7am
5 x 300 yard shuttle sprints (50yd down and back then 100yd down and back)
3-4min rest b/t efforts
5 x 25yd sled sprint into 75yd running sprint
Full recovery between efforts

300’s (shuttles): 1:03, 1:05, 1:08, 1:12, 1:14… Ew, just ew
25m sled and 75m run: :27, :26, :26, :27, :25
Stomach still hasn’t calmed down. SO SPICY! Love it
“Annie” – I know that my 8:50 is among the slowest in the class but, with Mel’s additional instruction and encouragement, I was able to string together lots more DU’s then ever before (even did the 20 set unbroken). Of course, I’m still having to do 3 or so singles for each double but maybe that will start to improve as well. It would be nice to not have to do 3-4X the Rx number of skips.
9:38 struggled on the double unders after the first set…feel them starting to come back on a more consistent basis. Thanks for the advice this morning Mel

Annie: 7:38 Rx. I think this was my first time at RX. Broke on my first set of dubs. Went unbroken the other 4 sets which is a huge step up for me. Need more speed and endurance on the sit ups.
8:35 RX, 30 second PR but still not happy with this score. Dubs probably took me a total of a minute, so the fact that su’s took me 7:35 is not cool.
Extra credit of flight simulator after… 10:00 even. only messed up on set up 35 on the way up
