had a total brain fart during the wod today. totally forgot how to kip. Between that, taping wrong and then having to untape, then doing BarMU one set and ripping open my hands…. ugh…. what a mess. 2 rounds. ring mu, 135# snatches, a mix of strict and kipping hspu. lots of fun movements, looking forward to a redo on this one down the road.
