Escape 19:00, 40#, last 2 rds air squats. not exactly the way I wanted the last workout of the year to go.
#35 PJ, no weight lunges. I just wanted to lie down. Managed to finish by 18:39 or so.
“Escape” 12:26 Started with 135# then finished the last three rounds with 115#.
Escape — 12:19, 65#. All sets of overheads and lunges unbroken — only put the bar down once in rd 5 after finishing overheads and before starting lunges. I probably should have challenged myself more and put some more weight on the bar, but I felt like I got a really good workout anyway.

Escape- 12:38. 65#. Round 1&2 overhead and lunges 3-5 changed to cleans and lunges.. My shoulders and grip were smoked and over trained from the past couple of days…. Happy New year..
Did this at home as I want feeling up to it in the morning. severely underestimated it. 14:25rx
