I guess this is “kinda” a PR. Finished this in 6:18 last time with T2B. I was very strict w/ myself on the K2E standards this morning and I definitely felt it. Broke all 3 rounds up a few times to ensure I didn’t burn out.

“Come Around…Kinda” – 8:02. I finished in 10:36 last time with TTB so big improvement. I am not fully joy though because my KTE standards were lacking. I no repped myself a couple of times and that was not sufficient. I got caught up trying to keep up with Willis.
Come Around… Kinda: 7:52 Rx. Did Come Around in 12:05, so that’s cool. Tried to limit breaking up the jerks as much as possible (16/5, 10/5, 7/2), but to fight for the standard for K2E, I ended up with (fast-ish) singles, which slowed me down quite a bit. Nice work to all the PRs in the 5:30am, and especially Will who freakin’ crushed it.
Come Around… Kinda: 5:22 Rx weight. Unbroken on the jerks. Small sets and singles on the k2e. I definitely need to work technique on those. I feel like I have some iffy reps, barely getting my elbows.

Come around…kinda: 8:44 RX. Was tough on myself with the K2E standards, but overall they clicked really well today. Need to continue to get stronger overhead. My push jerk sets were: 12,5,4 – 6,5,4 – 6,3. Fun noon class!

4:30 rx. 5 sec improvement over toe-to-bar version. Had to break the middle set of jerks twice. Will get this straight next time.
