Walking thru the door was a win today. Name of the game was just complete the work.

Started at 115# and dropped to 95# after the 2nd snatch. Otherwise, it was going to be 15 minutes of terrible form. Still destroyed from Tuesday.

I echo Bill’s comments. This week has absolutely smoked my legs (in a good way – thanks Mel). I did it last time at 75# so very pleased to have bumped up the weight. Limiting factor for me with both of these movement is my wrists. Lost a bunch of time screwing around with wraps.

“Scar Tissue” 9:27 55#. OHS unbroken. First set of snatches unbroken and then split them up to rest before squats. I need to gain confidence in these two movements so that I can throw more weight on. I’ll add those to my 2015 goals!

8:38Rx should have put the bar down after 14 snatches. instead went through OHS, smoked the shoulders and had to take a huge break. shorter rest.

Scar Tissue: aka Goat Day. 7:23 (I think) If someone sees the white board let me know. 75#. Happy with this since last time was 65# in 7:42. PR on weight but need to verify time. Knee and shoulder survived which was the plan. I think Mel kept yelling “Scott, weight on heals” less times than reps completed so overall a great day.

Scar tissue… Was a f*ing doozy! 11:07 Rx. Thanks for the push at the end guys. Ditto Bill, not cherry picking this WOD was a win in itself.

Knees were feeling out of sorts from too much tennis this week. Came in specifically to stretch and move so scaled down weight and tried to focus on full range of motion. I love how crossfit realigns these things for me.
Scar Tissue – 9:53 75# I know I did this WOD last time but I didn’t post. Still struggling to go more than 75# snatch in a WOD. Only 5lbs but it goes straight to the drain.
Endurance WOD – 60 min with 15.5lb weight vest in a snow storm ( has to count for something right) Not sure the actual distance but was a run/walk.
Scar Tissue – 10:27 #75 OHS felt good.
