Not Fade Away: 70#, 12:40, burpees took a lot of time. HPCs and rows were good and fast.
calculated my time wrong, only figured out working time. I guess with the 3 min rest it would be 24:40. Rds were between 2:20 and 2:48
Not Fade Away – 2:20/2:16/2:30/2:30/2:19? These are estimates – forgot to take a picture of the board. 85# cleans – felt in a comfort zone on those so maybe I should have done more but elbows hurt a little during warmup. Legs were smoked in round 4.
